§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to his Question on 20th February,—[Vol. 886, c.458–9.] Information in respect of 1st January 1963 is not readily available and cannot be obtained without a disproportionate cost to public funds.
