§ Mr. Normantonasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether, in view of the pressures upon the budgeting capacity of most householders, he will issue a general direction to the Post Office to introduce 351W a system whereby telephone subscribers will be able to make payments on a regular monthly basis rather than face the periodical lump sum demand.
