§ Mr. HattersleyAccording to our records, 42 British subjects, citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies, are serving sentences imposed by Spanish courts. Three have lodged appeals. The Spanish Ministry of Justice says that appeals are normally determined three to six months after they are lodged.
