§ Mr. PrenticeNo such order has been made. There is in draft an order which it is proposed to make under Section 2 of the Education Act 1973. Notice of the proposal to make the order, which does not amend the Act, has been given in accordance with that section and I am at present considering representations which have been made to me about it.
