§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe responsibility for the employment of registered disabled rests with departmental Ministers; my Department's role is an advisory one. In consultation with the Department of Employment we are constantly seeking ways to encourage Departments to employ more disabled persons, and also to encourage disabled persons to seek employment in the Civil Service.
