§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the hon. Member for Melton may expect to receive the list of persons granted locus standi at the Leicestershire Structure Plan hearing which the Under-Secretary of 498W State promised to send in his reply to the hon. Member on 6th December, and about which the hon. Member spoke some weeks ago on the telephone to the Under-Secretary's private office.
