§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will serve a protection order on the wreck of the "Colossus" off the Isles of Scilly which holds crates containing some of the archaeological collection of Sir William Hamilton.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisAn application for a protection order under the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973 is being carefully considered in consultation with the British Museum. It will be decided whether to make such an order in the light of the recommendation of the Advisory Committee on Historic Wreck Sites.
