§ Dr. OwenI understand that a few specialist clinics already exist. Whether more should be set up is something which health authorities have to consider in the light of other competing claims on their resources, but I am grateful to my hon. Friend for his suggestion and I shall see that it is given full consideration.

§ Dr. OwenMy Department is supporting a controlled trial of decubitus ulcers/incontinence control (DUPIC) underpads which is being carried out at Northwick Park Hospital. The project started in November 1973 and is due to be completed by May 1975. The cost is £9,200. I have no reason to be dissatisfied with the effort being put into this project, or with the back-up support being provided.
