§ Mr. Kilroy-Silk
asked the Secretary of State for Industry (1) if he will issue a general direction to the Post Office to set aside the proposed increase in telephone charges for those who are 80 per cent. and 100 per cent. disabled;
(2) if he will issue a general direction to the Post Office to charge a lower rental for telephones for retirement pensioners.
