§ Mr. PrenticeNo; secondary replacement projects were not eligible for inclusion in the 1974–75 starts programme. It will be for local education authorities to decide which major projects should be included in future school building programmes within their lump sum authorisations, and I cannot anticipate what priority the North Yorkshire Education Authority will give to this project.
