Member for Epping Forest (Mr. Biggs-Davison) on 17th December—[Vol. 883, c.367–8.]—I am studying the views collected from local authority and teachers' organisations on the idea of an earlier leaving date in the summer term. Any change in school leaving dates would require legislation and there are no present plans for this in the current Session.
