§ Mr. EnnalsThe United Kingdom and the United States of America are parties to the 1970 Hague Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft. This convention, together with domestic legislation, establishes reciprocal facilities between the two countries for the extradition of hijackers. I am satisfied160W that the normal machinery of extradition is available for the offence of hijacking.
