§ 50. Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will stipulate in all future motorway service area leases that separate and adequate catering arrangements and facilities must be provided for commercial haulage and passenger drivers.
§ Mr. MulleyI cannot give an unconditional undertaking for the future, but it is usual to make such a stipulation and I see no reason to change that policy.
