§ Mr. William RossI am aware of the local concern. A94 is, however, a principal road, and improvements on it are matters for Perth and Kinross Joint County Council as local highway authority. For my part, I have accepted in principle the improvement of the Dam-head Bridge section as suitable for grant-aid.
