§ Mr. John MorrisI assume the hon. Member is referring to a bypass of Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd. The report of the consulting engineers on a suitable highway pattern for the Ruthin area, including this village, is under consideration by my Office and the Clwyd County Council. Decisions will be reached as soon as possible.
