§ Mr. DeakinsMy Department is in close touch with the British Footwear Manufacturers' Federation on the problem of imports of footwear from certain East European countries. It is already aware that, if it wishes, I am ready to consider resuming anti-dumping investigations which were put into abeyance at the end of 1973 by mutual agreement.
