§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will now abolish the charges for elastic tights payable by women who are entitled to obtain free elastic stockings.
§ Dr. OwenA woman who would be exempt from charges for surgical elastic stockings would equally be exempt from charges for surgical elastic tights if these were prescribed by a consultant for her particular condition.
