§ Mr. CarmichaelThe contract for this scheme provided for its completion in November 1974, but, owing to delays occasioned by the three-day working week in the early part of last year and bad weather in the summer and autumn, the contract period was extended to March 1975. The contractor has now requested a further extension and this is being considered.
