§ Mr. KaufmanAbout 17,000 buildings other than schools have so far been identified as containing high alumina cement concrete, but the total number could be in the region of 50,000. The cost of testing and necessarily remedial work will fall in the first instance on either the owner or the occupier, depending on the terms of any lease or agreement relating to the building.
