§ Lord TREFGARNEasked Her Majesty's Government: Why the recent Air Services Agreement between the United Kingdom and Pakistan (Treaty Series No. 35 (1975), Cmnd. 5890) makes no provision for non-scheduled services.
§ Lord WINTERBOTTOMIt is the general practice to provide separately for scheduled and nonscheduled services because of the different treatment accorded to these classes of service under the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of the Chicago Convention. Thus Air Services Agreements do not normally cover non-scheduled operations.
