asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when copies of the National Health Regulations will be available to all those requiring them.

In accordance with normal practice statutory instruments made under National Health Service legislation are supplied to both Houses of Parliament and put on sale to the public through Her Majesty's Stationery Office on the day they are laid or as soon as possible thereafter. All such instruments so far laid have been made available in this way. My Department normally arranges, where appropriate, for copies to be sent to health authorities and other bodies concerned.
