§ Dr. OwenDiscussions are taking place with the medical and pharmaceutical professions about the arrangements for the supply of medicines to patients living in rural areas. My main concern is the patient's interests, and I have made it clear that I cannot agree to any change in the regulations except with the agreement of both professions.
