§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what activities will be carried out by the Welsh Development Agency announced in his consultative document on 31st January which are not being carried out at present by Government agencies in Wales.
§ Mr. John MorrisI refer the hon. Member to paragraphs 6, 7 and 15 of the consultation paper. In addition, as paragraph 13 indicates, the agency would in agreement with local authorities be able to undertake land clearance schemes.
