§ Mrs. Colquhounasked the Minister of Overseas Development if she will take the initiative within the EEC to double the Community's present food aid commitment of grain in order to alleviate the spread of world famine.
§ Mrs. HartI have supported proposals for increases in food aid at the World Food Conference and am now seeking a substantial increase in EEC food aid, together with financial and technical aid to help with the production of food, which can be distributed among the developing countries according to their needs.
