§ Q7. Mr. Walter Johnsonasked the Prime Minister if, when the negotiations on the Common Market have been concluded, the Government will present the facts to the British people in simple basic terms on whether to stay in or come out so as to enable everyone to make a judgment before voting on the referendum.
