asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has any plans to build a new bridge over the River Rheidol at Penybont between Llanbadarn Fawr and Penparcau during 1975–76.

Mr. John Morris

Responsibility for this bridge rests with Dyfed County Council as highway authority.
