§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieThe regulation establishing the regional Development Fund has still to be adopted by the Council of Ministers. Until the work of preparing this regulation has been completed the criteria to be used in dealing with applications for assistance from the fund cannot usefully be compared with those applying to United Kingdom regional arrangements.
