§ Mr. BoothThe information we have does not indicate that the loss of employment opportunities for key workers in the United Kingdom car industry arises from any transfer of work to overseas subsidiaries. Our legislative proposals are intended to obtain for Government and interested unions information in advance of any proposals by a company to reduce the number of jobs available.
