asked Her Majesty's Government:

What representations they have received from the British Association of Social Workers concerning homeless families and children.

The British Association of Social Workers recently sent to my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment a copy of an interesting five page report commenting on the working of the Joint Circular (DOE 18/74) on Homelessness. I am sending to the noble Lord a copy of the

(3) married couples:

  1. (a) without children;
  2. (b) with children;
  • and what percentage of the total amount of such pensions is paid by Her Majesty's Government.

All pension rates are identical in Northern Ireland and Great Britain. These are as follows:
