§ Mr. BoothAs I said in a previous reply to my hon. Friend, the Government are considering how to carry out their commitment to a far-reaching extension of industrial democracy. There will be extensive consultation with all interested 221W parties to assist the formulation of proposals, and it is still too soon to say in what form these proposals will be published.
