§ Mr. RowlandsWe have asked local authorities for full information about buildings which may contain load-bearing beams with a high-alumina content. The information so far received indicates that 38 schools, five colleges of further educa-216W tion,12 homes for the elderly and one children's home may contain such beams. Thirty-three of the educational establishments have been declared safe, and local authorities are testing other buildings; and all necessary precautions are being taken.
