MorrisThe English texts of the secondary legislation of the European Communities still in force as at 31st December 1972 were published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office in a 42-volume Subject Edition, volume 42 being a subject index and numerical list. These volumes take up approximately 17½ inches of shelf room.
The Official Journal of the European Communities, English Edition, containing European Communities secondary legislation for the year 1973 takes up approximately 28 inches; that for the year 1974, approximately 27½, inches.
It is not possible to estimate the shelf footage for future years.
