§ Mr. George Rodgersasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will undertake to reimburse the costs likely to be incurred by the Russell Peace Foundation in its forthcoming defence of an action brought by the Board of Inland Revenue, in view of the test-case nature of the action.
§ Dr. GilbertThis is not a matter in which I can intervene, but I understand that the Board of Inland Revenue has reviewed its original decision and has now decided not to ask for costs if it wins and to pay the foundation's reasonable costs up to and including the Court of Appeal.
