§ Miss Joan LestorThe attention of the South African Government has been drawn to my right hon. Friend's statement of 4th December in which he said that South Africa's presence in Namibia is unlawful and should be withdrawn. We have emphasised the importance of letting the inhabitants decide their own future freely.
