Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, in view of the fact that the £300 limit for common law in the county court was fixed in 1955, if he will consider increasing the limit, so reducing the delay in hearing common law actions in the High Court and the cost of litigation.
