§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonUp to 24th January six of the applicants found ineligible to benefit from my right hon. Friend's announcement on 11th April had been removed from the country. In addition, 23 of those who had arrived at ports and claimed the benefit of the announcement were refused leave to enter.
