§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what is her Department's estimate of the number of people whose death could be attributed in whole or in part, respectively, to inadequate heating of their home in each of the last 10 years;
(2) what is her Department's estimate of the number of people whose admission to hospital, or delayed discharge from it, was in whole or in part due to inadequate heating of their home in each of the last 10 years;
(3) what is her Department's estimate of the number of old, poor, chronically sick and disabled people and families whose homes are inadequately heated in winter.
