§ Mr. FreesonI am considering a number of initiatives to get empty and under-used housing into use, in order to reduce homelessness and housing stress generally, and propose to issue further advice about more satisfactory provision for the homeless, in consultation with my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Social Services and for Wales.
