§ Mr. Adam Butlerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the likely effect on the price of beer and other drink and food served in public houses, he will take action to counter the impact of rate increases by extending to public houses rate relief similar to that given in July last year to domestic ratepayers.
