§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThis case has recently been considered by the Court of Appeal, and no new evidence has been suggested on which I should be justified in setting up an inquiry. An investigation, under Section 49 of the Police Act 1964, of complaints made by Mr. Davis against police officers concerned in his prosecution is still proceeding.
