§ Mr. Hardyasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what progress has been made with the Order-in-Council giving effect to his proposal on 4th November 1975 that new release procedures would be introduced for prisoners in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe proposal for a draft Order-in-Council will be placed in the Vote Office tomorrow and will be subject to a period of consultation until 12th January 1976.
