§ Mr. Edward ShortNo. The new photocopying machines have been installed only to provide temporary copies of essential papers so that the business of the House can proceed if normal deliveries are not available in time. Their use on a routine basis would create intolerable conditions for those Members and their secretaries who work on the Interview Floor.
