§ Mr. John SilkinA Bill comprising some 30 non-controversial clauses, well precedented in local legislation, has been drafted and is ready for introduction. The actual timing of introduction and the method of handling in this House are under consideration at the moment. I am not yet in a position to make a forecast of the date.
