§ Mr. Roy JenkinsA review of this legislation has been carried out within the Departments affected, and, together with my colleagues, I am studying its results in conjunction with the recommendations of the Employment and Social Services Sub-Committee of the Expenditure Committee under the chairmanship of my hon. Friend the Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Short). We hope to be able to report to Parliament in the fairly near future.
