§ Mr. MulleyIn addition to the Council for National Academic Awards there are over 20 universities which validate degree programmes at the colleges. They have full responsibility for approving the academic content or standard of the courses they validate, and it is for them to consider any evidence of unsatisfactory standards for validation.
