§ Mr. EnnalsSince the new Centre on Transnational Corporations will be a part of the United Nations system my right hon. Friend will have overall responsibility for Her Majesty's Government's dealings with it. But my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Industry will be responsible for maintaining day to day contact with the Centre. Since the Centre was only established on 3rd November of this year, no statements, reports or documents have been communicated to the Executive Director.
