asked the Secretary of State for Trade if St. Christopher's Security Limited is registered under the Insurance Companies Act.

Mr. Clinton Davis

St. Christopher Motorists' Security Association Ltd is not an authorised insurer under the Insurance Companies Act 1974. Members of the association are insured under a group master policy with Europa Insurance Co. Ltd., which is an authorised insurer.
