asked the Prime Minister what change has been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

The hon. Member for Twickenham (Mr. Jessel) has been appointed a Substitute Member of the United Kingdom Delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the hon. Member for Beeston (Mr. Lester).
