§ Dr. OwenI assume the hon. Member is referring to the Independent Scientific Committee on Smoking and Health. The first report of this Committee, which was on the testing and marketing in the United Kingdom of tobacco substitutes and additives in tobacco products, was published on 22nd July 1975. The Committee continues to consider matters relating to the scientific aspects of smoking and health and will make some further reports from time to time.
