Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Social Services whether he will institute a standard all-purpose medical certificate for disabled persons which can be used universally on the occasions when a disabled person has to present a medical certificate to local and national authorities, thus saving the time of doctors and disabled persons alike.
